Massage with Handjob and Anal Fingering
« on: August 31, 2013, 08:42:16 am »
Hi,
I am very anxious after the events that happened 12 days ago. I visited a massage parlor. The masseuse first massaged my back and later on my anus. She was doing this with baby oil. She then turned me over and applied oil to my penis and started massaging it. She did this for about 10 mins. She also inserted one of her fingers in my anus for a couple of mins, after which I asked her to remove. She stroked me further and I ejaculated on her hands.
I am wondering what my risks are.
1. Handjob risks ? If she had possible cuts/sores on her hands or her secretions ? HIV ?
2. Anal fingering risk ? If she had cuts/sores or secretions ? How easy is it for the blood to pass into the anal mucous membrane.
I am constantly thinking of this incident and not able to do anything. I don't want to put my wife at risk.
Do I need testing, if yes when ?
Please help.

You didn't have a risk . The risk factors for HIV are ...

Sharing IV drug needles immediately after use.
Unprotected anal and vaginal sex.
Mother to child during or shortly after birth
Very specific healthcare situations.

1. Handjob risks ? If she had possible cuts/sores on her hands or her secretions ? HIV ?

Hand jobs are not a risk , no one has ever been infected from a hand job .

2. Anal fingering risk ? If she had cuts/sores or secretions ? How easy is it for the blood to pass into the anal mucous membrane.

HIV is fragile and cant survive when exposed to oxygen and fingering of any sort isn't a risk and again , no one has been infected from fingering and you wont be the first .

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME for this incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

HIV I II Abs+ p.24 Ag = 0.17
Does this say anything ?
Really tensed. Awaiting my PCR results.

Albert, you don't seem to be listening to anything other than your fears rather than what has been explained to you about your TOTALLY NON-RISK FOR HIV SITUATION.

There is no need for any HIV testing. Nothing in your scenario put you at risk for HIV. Period. End of story. You can test all you want and the results will inevitably be negative. Stop feeding your fears and just get on with your life. Really.

Thanks Jeff and Andy for your assurance.
I am concerned for my wife and pissed with my stupid behavior. All this together and the fear from the Doc. here about the possibility with cuts made me go for the tests.
I hope and pray you are right.
Thanks.

Fortunately fears aren't facts. And there is nothing in the facts as you have reported them which suggests in any way a risk for HIV.
