  Nice ride.  It's always best to check out the comments below the video to get a better idea of what kind of vehicle you are about to purchase.  Things like:

  Her pants are SO tight, you can literally count her pubes.

  I wouldn't mind showing Vicki my fifth gear...

   should help you make the right decision.

Citroen makes some excellent cars. I wish we could get them here in the States. They are one of the few imported brands that I really like. Someday, I'll find the old DS 21 Estate that I lust after.... Go for the DS3, after all, you only live once!

That is a sharp little car, love the styling. The interior looks awesome. I too wish we could get something like that in the states.

I had a Citroen Hot Wheels car when I was a tot, doors opened and everything.

I had the Matchbox version of the first Citroen the video  shows in the opening.  Matchbox cars were better than Hot Wheels.    Did you have the 4 wheel drive Corvette with big wheels Hot Wheels produced too?

Matchbox cars were great. I had a large collection one of them with red wheels (I canīt tell the model).

You can personalize your own DS 3 here (its fun): http://www.citroen.es/home/#/configurador/1CYAA3/?grades=30000099&step=1

You know, come to think of it I think it was a MAtchbox Citroen I had (the old weird looking one) because I dont think Hot Wheels had the opening doors back then. I remember it was green.

YES I had the Corvette. So cool. I also had the souped up 57 Chevy Wagon which I think everybody had.

I wished I had kept my collection of Hotwheels and Matchbox, some of them are highly collectable now. But I think I put firecrackers in most of mine, or caught them on fire. Smashing them with a hammer was really cool, you could stage some awesome wrecks that way.

BTW, here is a Vintage HotWheels that sold for $842.00 on Ebay. It's the Barracuda, anyone have that one?

It kind of reminds me of a Mini, Renault, and New Beatle mixed together.  They don't seem to be terribly pricey, either.

LOL I see they got a blue 1967 Cuda in my price range for $3.99.  It's as is and considered a good vehicle for "custom or restoration".

What about the Fiat, it's returning to America as the Fiat 500.

Really cute (but not as sharp as the Citroen), I wouldn't mind having one in the garage.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qwMeCQWVnfc&feature=fvsr

But fair warning, if you own a Fiat 500 you should avoid driving it head on into am AudiQ7

Edited to add: I see it's returning to America via Chrysler

Whoa, we really need more "edgy" body styles like the Citroën DS3. Some people think I'm nuts for this, but I am in love with the new Nissan Juke.

It's different, it's futuristic, so out of the ordinary. Not to mention that they squeezed nearly 200hp out of a 1.6L I4 engine with the use of a turbocharger. I have a 2010 Nissan Versa hatchback (which the Juke is based on) with a 1.8L I4 engine that puts out 122hp. Getting on the highway, it's the difference between "Come on... come on... don't get me killed here!" and "Oh yeah! Barely got ahead of that semi..." :D

Now that's what I'm talking about.  My friend has one of the newer Cobras.  I think he said it was rated at over 450 horsepower.  I know he's done quite a few mods to it.  You'll probably laugh at my dream car, it's just a 4 banger.  I had one of these when I was a juvenile deliquent:

Hmmmmmm...

I watched the video and have this take away:

1) The Beetle and the Mini bear a family resemblance to the originals; the new DS is completely, totally different. There were plenty of chances to pick up some cues (such as lights on the back of the roof, or a half-covered rear tire) which the designers failed to capitalize on. This is a missed opportunity of the highest magnitude;

2) Citroens are uniquely styled, or at least always were. Even without any quotations from the original DS they still coulda made it look more like a Citroen and less like any boring ole EuroCar;

3) If I'm figuring the pricing correctly, that little thing'll cost you somewhere over $40,000 for something decently equipped. At that price your options open up considerably;

4) Paris me manque vachement! C'est con, ca!

Frighteningly enough (in a really good way) The 412 horse GT is the base engine for a V8 Mustang these days! From there, your options go up to the Boss 302 w/440 hp, then there's the GT500 with 550 horsepower. If you can afford it, you can get a GT500 Super Snake with either 650, 725, or a solid 800 horsepower. Fully street legal in all 50 states. The mind boggles...

Have had a Citroen C2 HDI for 6 years, great engine, only 4,5 liter every 100 km, no major complaints. Try 1.6 HDi 90 CV for your DS3, a pink tone with a white top is a must!!!! :-) I hope someday you will invite me for a ride on your DS3.
