I just received my Atripla today and I knew the pill would be a little larger, but not that large. I had to read the panel to make sure it wasn't a suppository.

 :D :D..oh dear, are they really that big? sounds more like a horse pill, you will have to break it up a bit before swallowing..just make sure it doesn't get stuck...I would hate to see you gag on the bloody thing.. :D
