Super worry regarding HIV infection by Nuru/lingam massage

I'm super concerned and ashamed of myself ( can't sleep for days because I'm worrie ) appracite your help in those qustion :

I did 3 stupid mistake while being in a bachelor party in Europe.

For the first time of my life i had 3 different Lingam massage 3 different times with 3 different working girl in a massage parlors ( I'm keeping myself all my life from this and finding myself doing this in the end ) ,none of them included pentration or Vaginal/anal/oral sex,just body to body massage  and hand job until I  ejaculated. in 2 of the massages they sit on my belly or leg with their genitals (and I felt they were wet with vaginal fluid) i have  Intertrigo with cuts pimples and small wounds where they sit on me .

Any chance I got infected in HIV?

* I have diarrhea and sweat at night -  I saw it can be a symptom for ARS

Beside this, I have a few months old baby and I want to take all the precaution needed before doing the HIV test in few weeks (Window period) , anything I need to avoid i in the day day routine  in order not to put her at risk?

So I'll mention the same thing whenever anyone mentions being in a relationship;

If you engage in condomless sex with your partner, you are obviously at risk of acquiring HIV. In relationships, condomless sex is often based on trust or past test results; however, this does not prevent HIV, so if condomless sex does occur, you should consider testing more frequently.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

No.

The only HIV risk you have is from having sex with the mother, your precautions are don't have sex with the child, and as for the mother, she could consider bottle (formula) feedings to reduce the risk of passing on HIV during breastfeeding.  https://www.aidsmap.com/about-hiv/feeding-your-baby-when-you-have-hiv

I understand you read a news article based on a single case study whereby the writer's conclusion was they, with their (vast) limitations, could not explain the transmission at the time, yet could not rule out known routes such as sex, but started wild speculations despite the only evidence they did have disproving their own speculations  . I removed the link, its trash; it's the same kind of speculation we used to have about toothbrushes and toilet seats.

Anyhow, HIV is limited by the biological and environmental conditions needed to be viable and infect. In 40+ years, there is no documented case to disprove those conditions.

Move on with your life, enjoy the time with your newborn, use condoms with your partner or if condomless does occur, consider testing more frequently.

My doctor said that I can preform a combo (4gen) test after 3 weeks and it will be reliable enough (and repeat it after 3 months),3 weeks Is really reliable? Do you think there is even 1% that I can got infected in HIV?

Getting vaginal fluids on your leg or belly isn't an HIV risk.

Firstly the fluid a woman produces when sexually excited comes from the Bartholin's glands; this is a lubricating fluid and does not have any more HIV present than other bodily secretions such as saliva, sweat or tears.  Saliva, sweat and tears are not HIV infectious fluids.

So no HIV exposure, also next to that, HIV is fragile, and once exposed outside the confines of the human body, the receptors corrode, leaving it unable to infect, trust me her vagina was not a perfect vacuum on your leg or skin, no matter how much you like it and your concerns lack a route as skin issues, pimples, rashes or day-to-day cuts and wounds don't offer a direct route needed for you to acquire HIV.

Don't ask about this again, I already said it wasn't an HIV risk and I have now said it again and I am totally uninterested in pretending there was an HIV risk from having a vagina ride your leg and touch your belly.

No, and of course, there is a chance you acquired HIV from any condomless intercourse with your partner. I already answered this.

Well, when did you last engage in condomless intercourse?

Way before all the mantion above , 45 days approximately.

You had condomless intercourse, and to know your HIV status, test at six weeks post your last potential exposure with a blood-draw (lab) HIV antibody test. The result at this time will rarely change, and retesting at three months generally isn't needed. Also, consider getting an STI screening as you also had risks for easier to acquire STIs.

If you want to reduce your HIV risks in the future, then use condoms and consider PrEP.

So if you last had condomless intercourse 45 days ago, you can get a blood-draw (lab) HIV antibody test now.
