Is it HIV exposure
« on: February 22, 2023, 05:33:34 am »
Hi Guys,

3 weeks back, i met with a girl and we kissed deeply and i have sucked her nipples for few seconds. I haven't removed my Jeans and she was also wearing jeans. Later on she opened my jeans chain n gave me hand job so i am not sure is there any risk of hiv ? I am having headache from 7 days. Could you please do the risk assessment and should i go for HIV test. We are not involved bin intercourse as both of us wearing jeans for the whole time except at the time of hand job.

Thanks in Advance

Hiya,

Read your post three times; what you posted here wasn't an HIV risk to you. Move on with your life.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

Kind regards

Jim

Hi Jim,

Anxiety is killing me and making me more stressed. Should I go for testing after 4 weeks of exposure?

You had zero HIV risk from what you posted here, no exposure, no testing needed and, no matter how much irrational fear or stress you have, I am totally unwilling to pretend what you posted was an HIV risk, as doing so would be unhelpful towards you and potentially harmful towards the community.

You kissed a girl, sucked her breast, and she was nice enough to touch your penis, get over it and move on with your life.
