broken condom, PEP, anxiety

Hello, thanks for the great work you are doing here.
I had a broken condom incident with a CSW, during the vaginal sex.
We stopped after we realized that the condom is broken .
I went to the hospital right after. Doctor put me on PEP - 
DOLUTEGRAVIR X 50 MG TABLETA RECIBIERTA ORAL
EMTRICITABINA+TENOFOVIR X(200MG+ 300MG) TABLETA.
I started using the medicine 2 hours after the incident.
Now, the lady went for the 4th generation HIV test the next day, which came as NON Reactive. Now, given her results, even though they are not the indicative of current status ( 6 weeks of exposure period).
I would like to get your opinion on PEP medication that I'm using and the effectiveness of the medication. How much worried should I be - thanks for your help again.

See, you have already answered this part yourself, its meaningless and will remain meaningless. In part due to the window period and other reasons.

The only person who can test to confirm your HIV status is yourself.

Compared to being the receptive partner, the insertive partner has a lower risk, and until the condom broke, it was protecting you. Also, you started PEP in a timely manner, and PEP is highly effective, so you should fully expect a non-reactive result when you do the test.

So relax and test to confirm your HIV status six weeks after finishing PEP with a blood draw (lab) HIV antibody test. A non-reactive result at that time would rarely change, and retesting at three months is generally unnecessary.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

thank you - One last question on the PEP I am using. I had to take the medication at 1:35 AM in the morning, since I took the first dose at this time. This is day 4. Is there any way, I can start the dosage little earlier - like 1:00 AM  or 12:30 AM . Would it effect the efficacy of the medication ?

If you take it an hour or so earlier or later it will make no difference
