Meds twice by accident?

I was wondering, what would be the effects of accidentally taking my meds twice in a day?  :-\

Its not going to kill you but you may want to call your pharmacist so he or she can discuss it with you . It depends what you are on and your medical history such as liver and kidney health ... I would not be freaking out if I were you ... most likely you wont know you ever messed up .

I wouldn't worry about it as a one time thing, especially with the newer meds. 
Even the new Truvada prep study had 2 doses 12 hours before sex and one dose for 2 days afterwards.  But that's only 2 drugs, not the three you should be on.
