Title: Isentress no longer covered by Merck for 2020

The website for obtaining a copay card for Isentress, activatethecard.com/7726/ has disappeared.  I've called McKesson, the company that runs Merck's copay assistance program, to see what I need to do to renew my card for 2020, and the customer service rep said that "there are currently no available benefits for this medication."
