New FAA travel regulations
« on: July 23, 2009, 05:53:13 pm »
I was in Bath and Body Works looking for 2oz-sized products to bring with me to Boston.  The sales lady told me that the new regulations allowed for 3oz containers, so that's what they sold.  Well, I didn't buy any because I'd have to put some serious hurtin' on somebody if they confiscated my B&BW.

Hubby looked it up and sure enough - the FAA is now allowing 3oz containers on airplanes.  They still have to fit in a single quart-sized zip-lock bag and must be full containers (half-empty containers or toothpaste tubes rolled up will be confiscated).  But, now you get an extra ounce - and I have to make another trip out to the mall.

See you guys in 2wks!!

I think it was 3 oz. last year, too.  Before Mexico I bought a 2.5 oz facial soap from CVS that says "TSA Approved." I still have it. You want? If it fits with my African Shea Butter Brown Sugar Body Scrub??

A good sister-friend went to Vegas a couple weeks ago and brought me back Crabtree and Evelyn Dark Chocolate body wash and lotion - but, alas, it's too big.  So, you'll have to put up with my midnight pomegranat and wild honeysuckle.  And, yes, there will again be the assortment of BBW hand sanitizer.

If you want to try a really different chocolate body wash, try Sonic Death Monkey.  It contains dark chocolate, coffee, lime juice and hemp oil and it is wicked.
