skin virus ? advice please !

    Hello  , couple years ago broke out with a nasty lesion on my fore arm , was surgicaly removed ,  started growing back before the stiches were removed, has been tested for cancer and that is negative fortunatly . but oral antibiotics , months of being treated at wound care center with alginate dressing and still this wound wont quit !  My t cells are like 900 as well , Its a long story to say the least , am trying new ID dr , and trying to stay + lol ,  Has anyone dealt with a skin virus ? thank you !

Has MRSA been ruled out?

 yes been there as well ,  although thats no fun its over in a couple weeks, this is more of a blistering type lesion , thanks   It maybe a long short looking for an answer here , but you never know ,  I have tried everthing from aloe plant to Holy water
