Atripla and time change

I'm guessing this has come up on a previous post but I need some feedback.
I leave for business to the East Coast tomorrow morning. Normally I take my Atripla dose at 10:00 PM PST. I don't want to have to get up at 1:00 AM EST to take it this week if I don't have to. I have a difficult enough time with the time change the first few days when I travel, as it is.
Should I take the Atripla when I go to sleep at 11:00 or later EST ( 8 - 9 PST) this week? or is it OK to stick to 10:00 EST which would be 3 hours earlier than I normally would take - again just for the this week?
I've only been been on the Atripla for about 35 days but I would like to think I have enough in my system to have a 3 hour early window  to take my pill. Not sure, so thanks in advance for the wisdom   :)

If you take it at 10pm on the west coast it's ok to take it at 10pm on the east coast.  You don't need to change your schedule.
