Sick with worry, literally, Please help !

I'm sick with worry and anxiety, please any words of help will aid me fully. Ok, so , I've read i can be sexually explicit, and i think ill take that route when explaining ... So, I'm 18, have been dealing with self-esteem issues for most of my teenage years, until i shed off a couple of pounds and got all pretty. Anyways, about a month ago, on June 1st, I stayed in an hotel suite over Pride week with my first ever boyfriend, and we had sex ( My first time! ) I topped him, for a brief 2-3 minutes, without a condom ( I know, honestly, i know how stupid that is !) Before cumming, i pulled out and he sucked me dry .. so to say. I'm worried about this brief incident. He has had multiple sex partners, but he said that he was always a top, and a very cautious one ( I was his first top, and first partner without a condom, or so he said.) What lead me to " Trust him " was that he is 18, like me, a family guy who wouldn't do risky things, and enlisted in the Army, which i know do impromptu blood-tests. Aside from that he's very healthy and all that stuff, but i know i know, not too trust anybody, but i guess the feel of being liked and that lead me stray. Since then I've broken up with the guy in question, and im practicing abstinence. I wouldn't like to ruin my future because of sex. Also, I'm circumcised, and the incident happened in the shower, while we were showering? I'm also not that big .. if you get what i mean, and with the water and so, i kept pulling out accidentally. It wasn't rough either. So , if you guys can help me out, what is my risk? Should i be sick with worry? This incident has made me so much more mature .. in a matter of days. And has also change my whole perspective in life. Also, he told me, and i quote " I'm 100% sure, im clean of anything." His last relationship was exactly three months before the incident, as well.

The only reason your bf could claim to be clean is because you were in the shower. To use the word clean to describe a person's sexual health implies that those of us who are living with hiv are dirty, so don't use that word that way again. Thanks.

You have had a risk and you do need to test. However there's no need to be "worried sick", as the insertive partner your risk is on the low side.

The earliest you should test is at six week. The vast majority of people who have actually been infected will seroconvert and test positive by this time, with the average time to seroconversion being only 22 days. A six week negative must be confirmed at the three month point, but is highly unlikely to change.

You need to learn from this and start using condoms. You can have all the sex you want, provided condoms are involved.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

I'm so very sorry for the first part ... I fully didn't intend to use it in that sense  .. And Thank-you for your reply. 

Also, do the other factors decrease the probabilities of infection :
- me being circumcised,
- the time of insertion being brief
- there was a lot of water involved, and no rough penetration.

And finally, what would you say my odds are ?
