How are you all doing?
my name is krismel. I'm 42 years old. I live in Los Angeles area. please bear with me here.
I met someone on this site,  we lived together and got married. after many failed attempt to conceived, they find out my Fallopian tubes were blocked, so we decided to do IVF, such a draining experience, emotionally, physically, and financially. ( I paid for all cost ).  I can put all in writing. The fist attempt failed, but we still had some leftover embryos, and I was preparing my body for the second attempt, when I suddenly realized my husband was having an affair with a woman much younger he met on Facebook, and actually travel out of the country to meet her for the whole weekend, then after returning he called the clinic to cancel the second implantation, and that was the beginning of a very long struggle for me, emotionally as you can all imagine.
we tried to work things out for a month, and miraculously, I find out I was pregnant, but the pregnancy had to be interrupted because the fetus did not develop well ( I died that day). He then moved out, closer to the other woman, filed for divorce, and ask the clinic to destroy the embryos ( they still holding on them). It has been such a long battle, and I'm exhausted, because I have been going trough alone, and trying to finish school. He called me one night, very late, to tell me his girlfriend was pregnant. Two month ago, my lawyer gave up on me, and ask me to get a new one. I'm trying to go to self-help legal service, to ask how to proceed from here, because I cannot afford one, and there is a hearing on April. I'm so depress. I'm a very shy person by nature, I'm alone in this counry, and I thing I'm always taken advantage of.
Today, out of the blue I got a text message from him after years, asking me If I still live at the address he wrote down and that gave me chills. why is he asking
I'ts a very long story, this is just a little summary. Please share my story
I need your advice please.
Thank you for reading.

Hi Krismel,

Just a quick note to let you know I remove one of your posts as it was a duplicate of this one.

Anyhow really sorry to hear the pregnancy did not work out and, how exhausted you are feeling what with having to deal with divorce (few of those are easy) on top of everything.

Wishing you well, Jim
