Title: ARV high tryglucerides and high cholesterol

Hi guys, I wanted to ask..My tryglicerides are getting higher and cholesterol too, but my doctor doesnt want to put me on meds because they are not high enough yet and because she doesnt want to add toxicity to my body. My question is are statins safe,? do they interact with the meds?  Any of you have been taking it and is doing fine..Thank you for your answers.
