How do you find studies to get into?

Please be patient w/ me, I am seriously computer illiterate.  How can i find out what and where studies are being started?  Philly is not far from us (a few hours) and I would love to know what they find out.  I'd like to get Mini in a study or at least find out what studies are being done in the pediatric realm.  We found one a while back (dh found it) but it would've required us to travel to California (the other side of the country) every couple of weeks and weren't offering any help w/ expenses.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you are close to Philadelphia as you state, and feel it's confusing to research a lot of this, you may wish to call the Lax Center and speak to the person I've linked to here:

At the very least they may be able to point you in the right direction, if not actually have you handled there.  They co-ordinated a drug trial that I was in last year.
