How do you change picture?

I see that some people have a unique photo attached to profile, how do you go about doing that? I figured this was an off topic topic=)

In the left hand corner of this page, you'll see your user name.  Above that, click "User."  Then under Modify Profile, click "Forum Profile."  You will then see where you can add a personalized pic. 

You'll need to upload a pic to a site such as Photobucket.  Once you do that, you can just copy the pic and attach it in the field.  My motion avatar came from photobucket.  I just searched that site for Wonder Woman and found it--if you don't want to use your own pic.  When you put your cursor over an album pic on that site, it brings up a quick copy icon.  I've had mine for a while now, so I need to pick out a new avatar/pic.
