Title: Question about ADAP

I hope someone can give me some advise...

My annual salary is just above the $25k which is allowed to qualify for ADAP.  Also, I have health insurance.  I plan on keeping my insurance, but my boss, the HR Director where i work told me he would write a letter stating I have cancelled my health insurance, and will make a fake check stub which would show I make less than the $25k limit which is allowed to quality for ADAP.  Has anyone else done this, and if so, is it safe/unsafe?

What you would be doing is called fraud...it would also be a felony. Why would you need ADAP if you have health insurance? You might want to reconsider, just for karma's sake.
