You never had an exposure to HIV even if you had not used a condom.

Rod is correct, you never had a risk .

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME for this incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than HIV. Some of the other STDs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid HIV infection. It really is that simple!

thank you very much for your help and advice, i know my questions are stupid, i know i suffer from aidsphobia , i was in treatment with a psiquiatris or i don't know how to wright it in english, i was put on sertalin and rivotril , and was almost hospitalized from trying to commit suicide due to fears , i simply didn't want it to keep on suffering this much , after four years of treatment , i was told that i was o to continue with my life , but i can clearly see , that i am not , i have irrational fear , spatially to all the what ifs, what iff the condom was not good quality , and a lot of things that drive me cray , i know i have not contracted hiv , maybe if i wasn't married , i wouldn't be in such anxiety and fear, but i know , i have to seek medical help again , because i cannot control my self and my mind on my own , i know i am hiv negative because in te past 4 years  did 56 hiv test , including , pcr , western blots and hiv test , but i know my problem is metal and i learned to never cheat on my wife again , not only because is wrong , but because i just can t handle any type of physical conduct with another human being.

i thank you all for the work you do , and god bless you.

the only thing i can say , its that i will go back to take anxiety and depression medication , because , its not worth living like this , you can't spend 20 hours a day worring  and suffering.
