Had my annual Dermatology .....

Appt today, and had 1 basal cell  removed from behind my left ear ( On the scalp).

  I will find out in 7 days or so, if she removed it all, or if I have to go back for more surgery. She was certain it was a basal cell.

 This is the one they refused to remove 3 years ago, and I was only given creams for, and they kept freezing it, only to have it return. The first thing I said was " I need this biopsied today". fortunately , it was very small.

Current Meds ; Viramune / Epzicom Eliquis, Diltiazem. Pravastatin 80mg, Ezetimibe. UPDATED 2/18/24
 Tested positive in 1985,.. In October of 2003, My t-cell count was 16, Viral load was over 500,000, Percentage at that time was 5%. I started on  HAART on October 24th, 2003.

 UPDATED: As of April, 2nd 2024,Viral load Undetectable.
CD 4 @593 /  CD4 % @ 18 %

Lymphocytes,total-3305 (within range)

cd4/cd8 ratio -0.31

cd8 %-57

UPDATE 12/30/21

Just received the call from Dermatology. Unfortunately, I have to be rescheduled, and go back in to have some more area removed, apparently did not get it all.

She informed me it will take about 1 hour, I can drive myself home. The removal process will require a couple of self de-solving sutures.


So I should get a call by the Dermatology and plastic surgery dept, sometime this afternoon to set this up.

Damn !  >:(

OK,.... It's now set for surgery on February 9th at 11:00 am
