State of California Medicare Part D Assistance

I currently live in a state where I receive assistance with my Medicare Part D copays and premiums to cover my HIV meds. I am on SSDI and Medicare. I don’t qualify for ADAP. I get my HIV meds delivered through the mail monthly. Does the state of California offer same or similar programs to help with Medicare Part D only? Are meds through the state program shipped directly to your home or do you have to pick up in person?
