Current Meds ; Viramune / Epzicom Eliquis, Diltiazem. Pravastatin 80mg, Ezetimibe. UPDATED 2/18/24
 Tested positive in 1985,.. In October of 2003, My t-cell count was 16, Viral load was over 500,000, Percentage at that time was 5%. I started on  HAART on October 24th, 2003.

 As of Oct 2nd, 2023, Viral load Undetectable.
CD 4 @676 /  CD4 % @ 18 %
Lymphocytes,absolute-3815 (within range)

Your right with "naturally low" in sugar. When it is made into juice, the label should be checked for sugar added. That's where they get ya.

Well, it does taste better than Noni juice.....YUCK

I bought some Acai + blueberry juice mix at Costco over the weekend. It actually tastes great, but it was not cheap - $10 for 2 liters. I'm almost finished with it. I can't vouch as to its health properties, though. My bf contracted a cold on monday, and I started getting symptoms tuesday night.  He has already recovered, but I have been miserable yesterday and I'm today still. At least I'm staying home due to my surgery recovery. I hope the cold is gone by next week since I'm supposed to return to work tuesday.
