« on: October 19, 2009, 04:41:15 pm »
Hi! Just a quick note to say i'm happy to discover this site. often have felt the need to talk or listen to someone else in the same boat. Me: poz for 27 years. partner is neg and have been together for 15 years. on anti-virals for about 13 years and am doing pretty darn good. getting to the point now that my major complaints might have as much to do with my age (50) as with being positive. looking forward to all of you! Thanks in advance!

Hello Mitch, welcome to the board.  I'm a little over 20 years, and in my 17th year of meds (but only my third year of viral load suppression).

Tested positive in 1989, but to date, knock on wood, still not on meds.  So I am one of the "controllers" enrolled in the Boston study.
Nice to see you here.
