Title: Multiple Partners
Post by: MaxG on April 24, 2022, 12:16:05 pm
Hello. Congratulations for this forum. You help a lot guys.
Well, i am Max, 20 years old. Last time i was tested for hiv was on December 2021 and i was conclusively negative as i didn't have any sexual encounters since August 2021. Since then, i met 16 guys via Grinder. 14 of them only sucked me.  Nothing else happened. I had a pimple on my penis during this period and maybe i got Chlamydia from one of these encounters. I don't know if these affect hiv risk for insertive oral (i was the inserter). Two of them fingered me with precum on his fingers. With one of these guys we only had passion kiss (french kiss - open mouth) and before oral i asked him about his hiv status, he said that he's hiv positive and undetectable for 3 years. We stopped there and nothing else happened (neither oral). With the last guy, 3-4 days ago, we had French kiss I fingered him (i had a wound with fresh blood in this finger) and then i sat on his belly so he could suck me (he was on the bed) and as i was there i felt his dick pressing my butthole. It didn't felt like penetration. I have only bottomed once in the past and i am quite tight behind so if he had penetrated me i think that i would be sure about it. But the pressure was intense for 2 secs and i immediately stood up and went away. I was not sure about his hiv status, he's only 19 years old but he asked me to fuck him without condom and i was shocked. I then told him to leave. Later that night i sent his a message telling him that i thought he had hiv and tried to contaminated it to me. He said he was hiv negative and he only had bareback once, 4 months ago and he has tested about this encounter. He didn't have the results to show me and i am sure he was lying so i told him to go in a lab near my house to have an hiv 4th gen lab test, he did, and he forwarded me the email wirh results from the lab direct to me later that day. It was indeed from the lab i told him to go, with his name. In this lab the results indeed are ready within 3 hours. I wasn't sure if i had to go for pep. I decided not to. And now i am waiting for the six week period to go for a lab 4th gen test. What's your opinion about this.
So, in conclusion:
1)Multiple Insertive orals with pimples on penis and maybe Chlamydia. In one of them i saw blood on tip ofy penis.
2)French kiss with pimples in mouth and hiv positive partner.
3) Fingering (both insertive and receptive) with some blood involved.
4)Bare penis press my butthole for 2 sexonds, almost sure, not penetration.
5)Semen on my hand, on my foot.
I am thinking about starting Prep but i like only being sucked and as i know this is not an hiv concern. Thanks again for everything.

Not an HIV risk to you.

Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms, and the only way of knowing is by testing.

Kind regards

Jim

What about this?

"i sat on his belly so he could suck me (he was on the bed) and as i was there i felt his dick pressing my butthole. It didn't felt like penetration. I have only bottomed once in the past and i am quite tight behind so if he had penetrated me i think that i would be sure about it. It was just for 1-2 seconds, i am almost sure that no penetration happened, but i felt some intense pressure and i stood up immediately.

I will test for sure at six week mark but i want to hear your opinion about this specific event. Sorry if i am annoying but the anxiety is driving me crazy.

What about it? Rubbing, pushing against your anus and feeling pressure isn't an HIV risk.

If you had condomless intercourse though it would be an HIV risk but you would need to tell me if that happened for an accurate risk assessment or don't tell me and just test in 6 weeks.

Hello.
First of all, I tested hiv negative 4 weeks after the fingering and the incident with the pressure from rubbing.
But I would like to add 2 more exposures that did happen recently. The last one was 2 hours ago and the guy is hiv positive (I learnt it after the exposure).
The first one is mutual masturbation with a guy of unknown status. He cummed on my urethra when i was masturbated. I tried not to come into contact with his fluids but i didn't manage it.
The second one was with an hiv positive guy, 2 hours ago. He sucked me a lot. And i fingered him. I have 3 pimples on my finger (no blood involved in fingering). I have phimosis and maybe Chlamydia or epididymis on my penis. Does this increases the risk?
In the beginning he lied to me about his hiv status. I learnt about it after the exposure. Now he says that he's on meds very carefully etc but I can't trust him after the lies he told me before.
I am at panic. I am 20 years old with him parents and if something like that happens to me , i am dead. I am trying to be as much careful as i can. I don't practice anal sex. Either vaginal. Because i know that i am paranoid. I want you to be honest: is there any point to go for pep? I told him that we should go tomorrow in a hospital to discuss the exposures with the doctors and he said ok. I am scared. Is there any possibility to have caught hiv from this exposure?

Hiya,

Read your post three times.

The masturbation session you had isn't a reason for HIV concern.

In the 2nd encounter, receiving oral sex lacks the conditions required for acquiring HIV, thus it makes sense that after nearly 40 years of this pandemic, there hasn't been a single documented case of HIV transmission to an insertive partner (the person being "sucked"), and you will not be the worlds first.

The same can be said about fingering, no cases and day to day scrapes, minor wounds and pimples are not a route.

Move on with your life, consider talking to your healthcare provider about this paranoia as you put it to get therapy to cope with these irrational fears.

Also, consider talking to them about PrEP (not PEP).PrEP stands for pre-exposure prophylaxis. PrEP is taken by HIV negative people before having sex (pre-exposure) and after sex, to prevent HIV, perhaps if you were taking PrEP it would give you peace of mind going forward and allow you to enjoy better sex life.
