The simple things...
« on: February 28, 2007, 11:12:33 pm »
Sometimes the simplest things make living + the best.  Aside from FINALLY recovering from the flu, a cold, a sinus infection and then another cold- one after the other, I think I may see some health on the horizon (that is if I have been inoculated by exposure to the coughing and sickness my students are spreading...)

The real glory---->  I made the most kick-ass delicious stir-fry tonight.  Stuff me with tofu and broccoli and I will be happy forever...  I feel like dancin'!!

YUM!!!

And if that is not enough, the spell check button in working again!  It's good to be breathin' today!

Bests,
Drew

Glad you're feeling better Drew. It's great to have that hopeful feeling and true appreciation of the "simple things" when coming out the other side of illness.

Be sure to make those kiddies wash their hands and cover their coughs!  ;)

Sounds like you had a rough few weeks .. isnt' the winter fun ?

The stir fry makes me want to get out my Wok and make some Tofu with Chili Sauce!  Of course, the broccoli sounds awesome especially when it is bright green, warm and crunchy !

Glad you're feeling better!

hey ndrew, are you a vegan, too? Hooray for tofu!!!! I've been vegan for 12 years!

Hope you feel better - any precautions you can take when it comes to your students? That's quite a dillema...

You can come over for vegan food any time you like!! (;

Is it just me? Is it the altitude?  Everytime I have tofu it tastes like a fedex box... Do not ask me about my experience with Fedex boxes or the silly guy who delivers them...  ;)
