Anyone else taking Greens + ?
« on: October 19, 2012, 04:04:29 pm »
I started taking Greens + recently as part of an overall health plan, (not in place of HAART which I just started two weeks ago).

I'm wondering if anyone else is taking it and what affects if any you've noticed it has had on your overall health?

Here is a link to the ingredients. If you see any major red flags for HIV+ ppl, let me know. I did mention the spirulina to a nutritionist but she seemed to think it was ok.

Thanks!

I don't take it myself, but a google search gives a few hits suggesting that spirulina may be beneficial for us. An article published in "Medical Hypotheses" in 2004 notes that regular consumption of spirulina might help prevent HIV infection and suppress the viral load in individuals already infected with HIV. There were other hits, to lazy to cite each study.
