Hiv from rash

Hi,

 I am a male living in singapore. Few months back i went to a pub and got lap.dance from.philipino strippers for few min I was in wearin jeans and she was wearin a thong.she rubbed hard for few sec.i have some rashes(ring type) down my abdomen most part covered by jeans.

I am worried if some fluid/blood/menstrual fluid or cold sore(herpes) might have touched the rashes directly for few seconds while my tshirt moved up or aside durin lap dance.Though i am 95% sure that her skin doesn touched my rash even if it did its jus a mild touch (doubted with all the clothes).
The rash isnt bleedin and rarely very few pus or a drop blood comes(very rare though) when I scratch it hard.(but it s ruptured)

 1. Is this act put me in any kind of risk?

 2. I also kissed her in the neck ,very brief ,my tongue rarely touched her skin.the skin was intact .if thr was any blood dry/wet any risk frm this?
 3.does rashes transmit hiv . The rash I had was jus few days old and does rash establish any blood connection?
4.do I need to do testing for this? I had very mild fever for more than a month (internal body fever kind I cud feel it )but no temperature more than 37.1.
 It went of after doc prescribed some antibiotics.I had nausea for almost 2 months.
After three mnths I had rash very itchy(symmetrical) in both my arms elbow outside but GP said it was originatin frm hair buds and its bacterial infection and gave some cream and it also went off. I have a sore (not exactly sore pin size dot) inside mouth for more than four mnths but it doesn hurt,bleed nothin but its slightly bulge and forms slight hairy white coatin  surroundin it .this s my only exposure.I felt dry throat sometimes and very light pain in neck.

The risk factors for HIV is from unprotected anal and vaginal sex . HIV is far to fragile to be transmitted once it leaves the confines of the human body . Small changes in temperature and PH levels damage HIV and render it unable to infect the instant its exposed to conditions outside the human body and this is why only penetrative anal and vaginal sex is a risk for HIV . HIV is NOT transmitted in any of the ways you are concerned about and no one has been infected in that manner . 

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

Although you did not have a risk and do not need to test for this specific incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Hi Jeff,

Thanks a lot for your reply. Jus one more question . Even if the (infected fluid/blood) (small qunatity)came out from her skin and touched directly the rash for fraction of second. Does rash (jock itch)establish blood connection. This is my only exposure. Do i need to test for this specific incident. Kissing skin a risk.?
