Im undergoing Chemotherapy for stage 4 Hodgkin lymphoma. Finished my fourth cycle on 1/12/12 and i ahve to undergo eight cycles, so i am severly immunocompromised. I had protected vaginal intercourse with a sex worker. Am i at greater risk for hiv due to my immunocompromised state? it happened 4 days ago and i have had cough and runny nose, though these symptoms were present even before the incident and are sue to my immunocompromised state.
PLease someone help me with this im really scared :(

While I appreciate your concern you had protected intercourse. Condoms provide very effective protection and do so regardless of your Hodgkin lymphoma. Your illness would not affect the protection condoms provide.
Your symptoms are absolutely not in any way HIV-specific. I don't see any cause for concern about HIV in relation to this incident nor any need for HIV testing.
Good luck with your treatment for lymphoma.
