Husbands labs

I hope someone can shed some light here.My husband was diagnosed in 1996 he is 56 yrs young.He started isentriss in may and by august had an undetectable viraal load.Labs in november came back with 2300 copies.Also low cd4 high cd8 suppresser.CD4/ CD8 ratio low.Does this mean the isentriss is not working?Any thoughts from you are appreciated.

If he has been taking his meds properly then this is likely to be a mistale at the lab. Get a retest.

If he hasn't then perhaps a resistance test to see which meds will be effective first before continuing treatment.
