Viral test each 6 months, Is it undetectabel btw 6 months?

Hello, I was tested positive 10/2017 with 79,217 viral load.
soon I've started treatment With Genvoya, I'm undetectable & CD4 is 654.

07/2018 -> UD, 853
03/2019 -> UD, 1059
06/2019 -> 40, 939
02/2020 -> UD, 1084

I'm frustrated about taking meds fluctuated in 01/2020 ~ 02/2020.
Originally, I had to take the medicine at 8, but I took at 5 PM, or at 1 PM.
Is it still UD btw Jan/Feb 2020? I doubt my condition.
I know It is important taking meds at fixed time. So I'm nervous about it.

Hiya,

You're VL has been suppressed on all 4 dates listed and, your most recent result remains suppressed. No reason to doubt it, that's the result.

Taking your meds a few hours each way will not make any difference with Genvoya, The vast majority of your variations you mentioned falls within that and, changing the times you take your meds daily to a new routine will not make any difference.

However, for your own routine, best practice and to prevent potentially missing any doses in the future I would recommend trying to keep to near enough the exact time daily.

Try to pick a time that suits, set an alarm on your phone, have spare meds with you like in a key fob (Key Chain Drug Container) for on the go.

I know the biktarvy has 30 hours half-life. But I can't find Genvoya's Half-Life.

These kinds of questions/concerns are not uncommon and that's understandable. I part of it for some people is it's their first manageable illness requiring daily meds.

From what I've been told by my health care team, daily dosing is fine for daily medications.

Pharmacies are good sources of information.

If we look back at the end of the eighties and early nineties there were medications being taken up to four times daily, or regimens where some of your medications had to be taken with food and others on empty stomachs...

If you're on a medication with no particular food requirements and only daily dosing then relax.

 Have a spare with you for times when you forget and get in a routine.

PS. For all practical purposes a VL of 40 is undetectable.

My Last Test was UD / 1084,

I Use my medisafe with adherence, but I late somtimes take my Drug, "Genvoya"

SO,,,, I late my dose over 6 hours late 13 times during 3 months during test session, 18.02.2020. (late DEC/2019 ~ early MAR/2020)

I search ALL over the site or other site, I found Dr.Joel's tumblr blog saying present ARV has good tolerance and half-life, Taken with food is important than Timing.

So, Is it okay to late dose will be fine? I'M VERY NERVOUS........

Also, I want to know this late dose will lead Blip between late dosing?

Minimua:  You are and will continue to be fine taking you medications daily, whatever the time.  An dosage six hours late won't matter. People, on occasion, even miss a daily dosage and are fine.

As mentioned, today's antiretrovirals are very forgiving, when it comes to this sort of thing, since their half lives are longer than yesteryear's antiretrovirals.
