A news story on the "Today Show' detailed the new push for commercials focusing on men. Burger King is one company doing this, showing men revolting against the vegan/haute cuisine/starvation menus found in some restaurants.
Kinda cute, in a way, but what's next? Straight eye for the Queer Guy?

Rabbit food is for rabbits and rabbit is for men along with beef, elk, venison, etc....
Rabbit food ( lettuce, tomatoes, etc ) sprinkled on meat like burgers and beer, or pizza and beer is OK too.

I cant help eating steak. I like it raw . I mean uncooked. A quick sear. They call it black and blue.So it's raw and cold almost the entire steak. I can only get it like that in the better steak houses in NYC all others refuse to do it like that for me.

You'd have allot less trouble in Canada Consumed except here its ordered as such:
Wipe its ass, knock the horns off and run it through the kitchen.

My father always ordered his rare too. He ordered as: walk it across, and walk it back.
I like mine fairly rare, and the best place to get that is at Lisa's kitchen. ;)

LOL...im just the oposite...I tell them well done...burn it. Everyone says i ruin a good steak but to me if its not well done and maybe a little burnt its not good. My dad likes his the same way...maybe its genetic...LOL

I like rare to medium rare, aside from game meats and pork, which I do cook thoroughly. You can now get rare pork, but somehow, it just isn't a yummy that way.

I have decided to become a vegitarian after years of tolerating meat. I just feel that I don't need it anymore and that I can live without it. Well that's the idea.

I don't often eat red meat, but when I do, I like it nearly raw. Actually seared on the outside, rare on the inside, Pittsburgh style. Sadly, you can't get that outside the home for the most part, so once or twice a month, I buy a steak and throw it on the hot indoor grill for a few seconds.
I can tear me up a chicken any day of the week, though.
And sashimi rocks my world something awful.
While I understand and empathise with vegans, I also know that I need WAY more protein than the HIV uninfected, and more iron as well, because of the anemia. I absolutely think I am doing the pseudo-best thing for my system by being an omnivore.
And yeah, I share a great deal of the spiritual stuff that many vegans (and most pet owners) do. These little murders I live with, live with me.

At the moment, I am thawing an oryx steak for the barbecue tonight. MMMMMM Good!
Gotta love those friends of mine who are hunters. At any given time during the year, I have some sort of game meat or game fowl awaiting my attention. Later in the year, it will be Canadian goose.
Not too keen on venison though, unless it is prepared properly. A bit too gamey for my taste. Buffalo is yummy, but expensive.
The oryx is excellent. It tastes a great deal like antelope and somewhat like elk, is very, very lean, and great for the outdoor grill.
