I started Atripla back in Nov, and it has been an easy drug to deal with. My last 3 labs have been increasing the CD4, with an undetectable VL, so I am plenty happy with this regimen. I only find that I have more extremely vivid dreams if I eat before bed, since that is when I take them. My last labs were CD4 and VL @ undetect. and 41%.

I thought that the vivid dreams will go away after a month from starting Atripla, I am surprised that you still have them after all this time!! are you eating faty stuff?
I have to admit : the good thing is that from now on;  I have no option but to succeed , still its ok to worry :))

Ouch, I thought they disappear after the first month >:( well , I guess my only option is to remain my current way of not eating an hour before I take it, hope it works

I tend to have vivid dreams anyway, but if I eat close to the time I take my meds the dreams are all the more vivid and wild,

Finally I started the Atripla,  no major side effects except sleeping more than I usually do, no vivid dreams yet ( Knock the wood ) , and I hope no body changes will occur till they find a cure to this illness which seems to be coming within the coming 5 years unless the Pharma. companies sabotage it since it will break down the fortune they are making :-\
