Hi everyone, I'm still not able to fully digest what happened to me yet, deep fear and sorrow, thinking my life will be changed thoroughly. Guess I still need more time.
On the other hand, I can't stop thinking about what happened the other night. A lot of things make me suspect he sneakily conducted bareback sex with me although he had a condom on and claimed he's negative.
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask. Suppose I could collect enough thoughts and evidence to go for a legal way in order to keep that man from doing the same thing to others, how does this work? I can imagine it'll be very awkward to talk about this to police officers. Could anyone here be kind enough to give me some idea?

Not yet. The test is 3 days away.
But, I think the odds should be very very high based on what happened the other night, some evidences I collected and all the symptoms I'm having these days.
I had false alarm before. But this time, it's so real. I can't find any other possible reason why these symptoms are showing up now 'cause I'm a very healthy guy and haven't had these symptoms for the past few years.
Maybe this is not the right forum for me right now.
I'm going to "Am I Infected" for now.

The following was posted in another forum which might be inappropriate yet. So I reposted here asking for some ideas and help.

I've merged your threads here. Since you have not yet tested positive and and may not despite your fears, this is where you should be posting.

If you only had what may have been bareback anal intercourse a few nights ago, you are testing way too soon to determine your HIV status accurately. And from what you have written it seems as if you are not even certain about what actually happened.

Until your HIV status is conclusively resolved this is the section where you should be writing and only in this same thread.

In order to test negative conclusively you need to get tested at 13 weeks after a risk through unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse.
