COUNT UPDATE KINDA....
« on: June 11, 2008, 07:55:12 am »
Well I went to the doc yesterday. My VL was 75,211 and of course yall already know my CD4 is 0. I've been on my HAART regiman for like 2 weeks now. No bad side effects at all. My next visit they will redo my CD4 test and VL to see how my meds are working. Hopefully they working good!!! I also got my Geno Test back. I'm resistant to three drugs. Rescriptor, Nevirapine and Viramune. All and all and was a very good visit :)

BW -- so far, so good!

FYI -- nevirapine and Viramune are the same drug (the 1st is the generic name, and the 2nd is the brand name).  So maybe you are only resistant to two drugs, not three.

But make sure that's what the test said.  You might be resistant to Sustiva as well (another non-nuke, like the other two).

Cheers,

Peter

Bruce, I'm glad you're tolerating your regimen well.  I'm keeping fingers and legs crossed for better results on your next round of labs.
