I was on Norvir + Reyataz + Truvada for 3.5 years, then I accidentally stopped taking Truvada for a couple of weeks and found that my muscle strength and endurance were greatly improved. I mentioned this to my doc, and after some blood work showing I had the right tropism, he switched me to Norvir + Reyataz + Isentress + Selzentry, which I gather is a relatively rare combo.

Anyone else on this regimen? How you doin'? It's only been a day for me -- so far so good, though I did have some weird and vivid dreams last night (not those nasty Sustiva dreams though).

I have taken all of the meds you mention except Maraviroc.

But I have never taken them at the same time.

How are you doing with them?

HUGS,

No major issues so far -- but it has only been 3 days. Either I'm still in the honeymoon period, or eliminating Truvada has offset any potential negative side effects from the 2 new meds, or I'm just lucky. :) Can't complain!

I've done Truvada, Isentress, Prezista and Norvir since 2006.  I added Selzentry in 2007.  Energy and endurance are not great, but better than many of the otehr combos I 've over the years.
