Hello Proffesionals and Peers...hope u all great and fine....as per the subject...i need ur advice !!!!...here is what i wana ask.......... I am boy.....5th March 2013 i slept with my gf...had protected sex twice and unprotected oral.....on the 2nd sex with her the condom did slip and after few moment...like a 5 minutes or so i removed my thingi from her vagina and did have unprotected REAL DEEP oral from her till climaxe.
The coming week which was on 13th march we met and had REAL DEEP oral twice (both ways) (2 sessions) (NO sex)....on quiting the hotel..she fell sick which made me take her to clinic....on testing her blood it was diagnised shes HIV Positive.....I just got confused to know that my Girlfreind is Hiv Positive.
I had a condom slip and unprotected sex and REAL DEEP oral with HIV+
Now from then its like worried.
My last test was 22/5/2013 (after the oral event last with my gf) which hits 10 weeks as i have gotten FLUE/COUGH/SORE THROAT !! Results Negative.
I dont know what generation test but the lab person pricked blood from finger n put on tht small card writen Alere Determine 1/2 and i was given results in 20 minutes.
1) So that meant that Flue/Sore throat/Cough wasnt related to HIV symptoms if the results were Negative???.
Now coming to my subject i have writen....... Confused...Worried...Happy...Unhappy !! (Please help answer me question 1 and following also:........
2) Confused is because what is the time frame i still have to test ???? 12 weeks/13 weeks or others say 6 months ??
3) Worried is because i stay in 3rd world country whr thr are no more good tests better then this Alere Determine 1/2 so cant test and conclude !!
4) Happy is because reading through your threads i read that 8 weeks is also good enough
5) Unhappy is because I had a BIG risk....What are the chances of 8/10 week Negative turning Positive in coming 12 weeks/13 weeks or 6 months ??
Peers and Proffesional (all of you) Please dont get bored with my writing...i am seriously in bad position. I need your help and advices

You need to calm down. You did NOT have a "big" risk.
Giving a woman oral is NOT a risk for hiv infection.
Getting a blowjob is NOT a risk for hiv infection.
The only risk you had was the condom slip - and it was only a risk if it slipped off during intercourse. If it slipped off as you took your penis out of her, then it was not a risk.
The way to tell the difference is this - if it was pushed up inside of her and you had to "dig" it out, then you had a slight risk. If it was hanging out of her, then it slipped off as you withdrew and you had NO risk.
A slipped, pushed-up-inside condom is a risk, but it is a low risk, just like being the insertive partner when a condom breaks. I've been doing risk assessments in this forum for over twelve years and in all that time, I have never seen the insertive partner end up hiv positive following a condom break - or a condom slip.
The vast majority of people who have actually been infected will seroconvert and test positive by six weeks, with the average time to seroconversion being only 22 days.
A six week (or more) negative is highly unlikely to change, but must be confirmed at the three month point. Your ten week negative is NOT going to change, but you should confirm at twelve weeks for your own peace of mind.
The six month testing window is outdated. Three months is sufficient no matter where in the world you are.
The test that was used on you is a good, reliable test. It is used in many parts of the world and it is an approved, reliable test.
Your symptoms had nothing to do with hiv. You do not have hiv.
Again, you did NOT have a big risk. You had a very small risk and you weren't likely to end up hiv positive over it. And you haven't. You do not have hiv.
