Analyse my risk please
« on: November 20, 2023, 11:20:51 am »
Hello,

I'm a guy (side) who's basically into cuddles and kisses with guys.
I have had an exposure few weeks back due to which I'm losing my mind
An online friend( guy) whom I met for the first time kissed and slept together naked, during which he started frotting with my tool.
After that he has put his tool between my thighs and started humping during which there was a lot of his precum within my thighs and I immediately freaked out and ended the act.Later I realised that both of us had precum leakages on each other and note that we did not use any condoms.

Given that I'm unaware of his status and we had no visible cuts
1) Was this a risky activity for HIV?

Please note that I have checked all the frottage posts on this forum and I see the answer but here I'm worried if the precum has some how gone into my Butt or my tool opening?(I have read some leakages positive stories online but please pardon my ignorance it's probably my anxiety speaking) Are there any such reported cases?

2) The guy says he's not infected but I'm still losing my mind over it and I haven't taken any PEP after the activity.

3) Is testing needed for this activity or is my fear irrational.

Thanks in advance

frottage is NOT a risk for HIV

some leakages positive stories online
whatever kind of stories those are, they are not true.

Unprotected (condomless) anal/vaginal sex or sharing injection needles would put you at risk; but you didn't do any of those activities.

Have a great day,
Michael

Reducing Your HIV risks:
With no exceptions, use condoms correctly and consistently for anal or vaginal intercourse
Talk to a healthcare provider about PrEP as another layer of protection

Get tested yearly for HIV and other STIs.
If you don’t use condoms and/or PrEP, test more frequently

Some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other more easily acquired STIs. It is possible to show no signs or symptoms from an STI so testing is the only way to know.

Get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

What’s the ONLY way to know if you’ve been infected by HIV or an STI?
Get tested.

Thanks for your response.

I hope you have read my point about precum leakage in thigh region.

Can you also please review the points 2 and 3 and let me know if I need to get tested for THIS specific activity?

Regards

Thank you Ann and Jim!
Please dont yell at me at the below statement :(
For re-assurance I have taken a HIV 1 and 2 Antibody Rapid test @ 6 weeks mark(42 days)and it is NON - REACTIVE / NEGATIVE and I'm greatly relieved at this!
Please confirm if this is conclusive or I also need to re-test at 90 day mark as well?

Thanks again!

frottage is NOT a risk for HIV

Please confirm if this is conclusive
Of course, it's conclusive as a negative result. You've already been told multiple times that the activities you did were never an HIV risk in the first place. HIV is spread through unprotected anal/vaginal sex and sharing injection needles.

It's time to move on with your life. Remember to use always use condoms for intercourse and consider PrEP.
