The situation is like this.
I am a male and received oral sex from a girl. For the oral sex part i know i should be safe. However there's another thing i need to confirm to be safe. I fingered the girl at her vagina area and definately my hands got wet from her fluids, after roughly 20-30 seconds i use the same hand to rub my penis with the skin pulled down. Meaning leaving the entire danger part to be exposed and touch with the fluid, however the fluid have been 20-30 mix with the surrounding. Am i in any danger if the girl is HIV positive?
Please enlightened me. Another thing is that she sucks on my nipple, is there any risk at all, please clear my doubts thanks !!

Thanks for the prompt reply. I read the welcome post and it says that vagina sex would give us a chance of contracting HIV+. Therefore i was afraid. My hand is stained with the liquid of the woman vaginal liquid and i touched my penis which is fully exposed with the skin rolled down with the same liquid. I just need somse assurance as i am very worried. I am sorry to re-ask but if you could explain to me more clearly, i would really cool down and thank you. sigh i guess this is part of the "guilt" i am facing. Please help me ! Thanks

It's simple, HIV does not stay active outside the body and you didn't have vaginal or anal sex with her.

Sorry i am not trying to challenge the answer but i am confused. I go to any other forums and websites to check on the fact on whether hiv is able to live outisde.
"HIV is very fragile. If outside the body in a dry form, it dies immediately. Even when in a wet form, it can live for a 15-20 minutes. "
This shows that it is in wet form when it come in contact with me. Being a worried me, i need a counter answer for this. Please help. I know i am a bother but i guess i am real worried.

I'm not here to argue with you. You did not have a risk of HIV infection. If you want to go test go test and collect your negative result.

I understand you are not arguing. I really do not want to argue, just that i have been searching through the internet and different sources, but the only thing they said is that, the virus cannot survive in the environment for long, but it doesn't say it will become UNinfectious once it reaches the outside environment, therefore this cause me to be very confused.
All website points that the virus cannot survive "for a few seconds". However it's true the wet precum of the woman touched come in contact with my penis with the skinned rolled down. This is very disturbing. Sorry for being ignorant but please tell me those websites are wrong whatsoever. Sorry for doubting or anything but i am real worried. It's like, i got so much responsibilities in me !

The vaginal secretions which would contain HIV IF the person you were with was HIV+ would be from the cervical area and not around the area of the vagina you might have been fingering.
The problem with too many other sites is their failure to distinguish between a theoretical risk and an actual one. Theoretically you might get HIV from giving a woman oral, from nicks and cuts on your hands, etc., but the reality is that transmission just doesn't happen that way or we would have documented cases of same. And we don't. Not after 25 years of the epidemic and over 54 millions infections.
We're not careless here about this issue or your concerns. If there was any doubt in our minds that you needed to get tested we would tell you so. You're good to go. The ONLY reason to get tested is if you find that you just can't let go of this worry, in which case go ahead and get tested and collect the inevitable negative result.
In general we do recommend that anyone who is sexually active should have a full STD panel done regularly, at least annually and if very active every six months would be even better. The others STDs out there are much easier to acquire than HIV.

So it's safe to say that a wet infected vaginal liquid when exposed to the environment wouldn't be able to infect anymore even within 20 seconds ? I think that's crucial for me to be safe. Anyway thanks, by reading the paragraph it helps me feel safer. i just can't sleep for the entire night. sigh . . . . Thanks anyway

I am still very paranoid over the incident. The problem with me is that i fingered the vaginal of the sex worker (Female), and with the vaginal secretion still on my hands, i went on to rub my penis with the skin rolled down. This means that i maybe highly at risk if the vaginal secretion contains HIV virus. Another thing is that it may have come in contact with the skin where there are sores at the penis area.
However there is no penetration protected or unprotected. Please explain to me my plight ! please !! thanks
