hi everyone
i  currently have an undetectable viral load and my cd4 at my last appiontment in october was 200,up from 120 when i was diagnosed this past april.my wife (who is negative) and i want to try and have another baby.
my doctor told me with an undetectable viral load the chances are greatly in our favor that we can have a child and i not infect her or the unborn baby.
my question is, is there a pill that she would take to protect her after we make love. i know this sounds dumb,but i've seen a cuople of shows on t.v. that some people who thought they may have gotten stuck with a needle take a pill temperaly ..does any of this make sense? is there such a thing?.
we know about sperm washing, but if we can have a baby the natural way,that would really be great. my doctor said he has several pos. undetectable males who went on to have babies with their wifes. i just want to be sure she is protected..or is sperm washing the only way?

Sperm washing is realtively simple and effective. If your viral load is undetectable natural conception may be an option. See:
