His life had a "nice beat and you could dance to it."

   I was totally shocked by the news of his death.....

   I thought he was already dead.  Like Kirk Douglas.....

I've always wondered whether Michael Moore was unfair to Dick Clark in his documentary, "Bowling for Columbine."  What do ya'll think?   

About min 5:45 is where he specifically mentions Clark.
