Just tested pos, not on meds yet, taking- 1 antioxidant supplement, 1000mg Ester C, 2 multivitamins(1 morning,1 evening), 1 probiotic acidophilus, 4 green tea supplements for the EGCG (2 morning and 2 evening) and 4 Immune Booster (2 morning and 2 evening) pills from Life Fitness that probably don't do anything but the sounded good! I am also drinking pomegrante juice like it is going out of style!!
Am I over doing it or do you think these can actually help my immune system?

There are dozens (if not hundreds) of threads about supplements. One that is summarizing most of the discussions is that one: http://forums.poz.com/index.php?topic=11375.0
But do a search on "supplements" and you will get many posts!
You should check what the multivitamins and "immune boosters" contain and verify that you're not "overdosing" on Vitamin C or E, for example.
You're not overdoing it, but you need to know why you take a supplement, and how it interacts with others, so make you you write down all the ingredients, and verify that you're not overdosing on some.
Also look at http://forums.poz.com/index.php?topic=10144.0 and read the comments.

Be careful not to over load on sugar in the juice. Drink water to hydrate as well.
