Title: Getting off of SSI and Medicaid soon!!!!
Post by: idee on July 30, 2014, 10:43:24 pm
I traveled to another state to check out some neighborhoods and the locals. I felt comfortable as soon as I entered the city. I am comfortable in large cities. I made a connection at some businesses I called and a few people I met about employment opportunities.
I also have a plan for private medical insurance. Many people have encouraged me to stay on welfare. I have been on Medicaid since July 1995. I am tired of the limitations and assumptions I am not educated do to being on welfare.
According to the nurses in my doctor office the only terrible part of the ACA is the paper work they have to read. Like it is not annoying to hear a person with medical insurance complain to me.
These last five days have been good. My family and I visited the zoo, ate at many good restaurants, and drove threw a couple of neighborhoods. We even shopped a few stores that we don't have in our current state.
My previous work experience and current education make me ready for managing an office. My last employer always asked me to keep an eye on the store and other employees and spoke very highly of me.
Some time in the beginning of 2015 we are moving. I can't wait.

Thank you! My husband and I have been searching through states and cities to find the perfect home for our family. Also where I can find work. My daughter is just happy that we are getting a dog next year.
I don't know if you read my post about the home invasion last year, but we have to be cautious, so I am currently not mentioning where we are moving to.
