Well, as some of you may have noticed I am back to feeling like me again...the really good news is, I have gained 20 pounds, I am up to 160 from 140 only three weeks ago, and the best news yet, I am going to work tomorrow (Monday July 16).

I am both nervous and excited to get back to work and back to civilization.

Also, I have started writing a book, called "HIV in the Workplace, a Journey from Prejudice to Acceptance". I wanted a project that was both personal and yet would attempt to do some good in the world. I have 14 pages so far...and doing lots of research on how people treat those of us with HIV in our work environments...I feel it's a worthwhile endeavor and I thought I would let you all know cause I will need encouragement to finish...and not give up...

I just want to thank you all for the positive thoughts and support you have supplied to me over the past 6 weeks, I am indebted to you all!

I just wanted to make one point of clarification...I will not be using any stories from this site...I know how we all protect our selves, and I just wanted to let you know that in no way will I be quoting, borrowing or mentioning anyone or any situation from this site.

I am not posting my book project because I am looking for people to be in it...I am telling my story and no one else's ...just to make it clear.

I just felt that it needed to be said before I got barraged with hate mail...

a book huh? you go boy...I just recently "came out" about my HIV at work. Well, I only told my direct boss. Let's see how it goes. Not that matters because if everything goes like I plan I will not be working for corporate america come summer of next year.
