Hi ,

First of all thanks to all of you who are providing useful information.
I am following this forum since August 2011. Gain may information on safe sex and etc. Always following the safe sex  practice.

I am working in a country where if you found to have HIV poz you will get imidiate deported. So all the expats have to go medical test before and renewal of visa.

So now here is my story.

Form last three years i am engaged in sex with lot of female message therapist  and sex worker. I always follow safe sex as per the guideline.

There are three therapists which were also my sex partner for very long time and following situation happen.

Lady A (New join staff on visit visa in Decenber 2016) mid February 2017  encounter
I now almost lost intrest in sex so i am now only doing ass job without condom .
So during this encounter I mistakenly slip my penus  in her vigena two three time and been there for few seconds and than take it out. After that i finish out side.

Lady B mid of march 2017  encounter
With this lady i was doing same and slip into ass for few second and after that take it out and continue to rub from out side.
This lady was tested in March 23 for visa renewal and test negative.

Lady C start of June 2017 encounter
I was involved in protected sex for few minutes and after that take off my condom and start rubbing her ass line with oil on. Same thing happen and my penus slip in her vigena and continues for few second. She was in a impression that i am still wearing condom. So she didnt stop me.
This lady went on vacation on July and tested there and came back negative.

Lady A (still on visit visa and didn't get Resident visa) so here status is not known.
On end of July 2017 i was involved with her ass job with condon on. Because she is having her periods. Few time i sliped into her but later found my condom broke. This time I really got scared.

Now in September my Visa renewal is coming and i had to undergo all this test. I am very scared because of all above encounter.

I am not a health concerned person in regards to eating. I smoke a lot eat junk food and drink lot of coke. So sicknesses came to me very often and which is very normal as it is happening since i was child.

I never get extreme sick.

I have a question
If i have HIV virus since one year. Is it possible that i cant feel any problem in me? And i can live and work normal as usual without feeling anything wrong with my body?

What are my chances as i have few unprotected encounter for few second as mentioned above.

Hi

Look you had unprotected intercourse, that is the primary way HIV is transmitted.

Regarding lack of symptoms that means nothing as initially most people experience none at all or too mild to even notice, it can take a few years before someone becomes sick enough to notice and by that time a lot of damage can be done.

Testing is the only way to know following you risk encounters.

- EDIT - Let me be clear when I say testing I mean your test results, the girls results mean nothing at all and only mean they did not have HIV 3 months before they tested. No good to you whatsoever as they can still transmit the virus in the window period.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

More information on HIV Basics, PEP, TaSP and Transmission can be found through the links in my signature to our POZ pages, this includes information on HIV Testing

Kind regards

Jim

Hi

Today i took Ora quick test which i order online and thankfully it deliver to my country.

As per the instruction I took the test and the solid line came on C. Which I believe is negative as per the instruction.

I did not eat anything before. But I drink water and take a few sip of tea 10 to 15 min before. is this affect result?

Also this test is after 6 week of my last risk, which has condom broke. How conclusive is test result. I know the guide line is 13 week.

Also I am going to get my Visa renewal medical today so they also have to test it again.

But I am very scare, yesterday I went to clinic for my medical but left it without doing anything. Today I took Ora quick and the line came on C.

Please help me

A sip 15 min beforehand will not change the results.

The rapid test is conclusive at 13 weeks as that is the window period, simply test a 13 weeks to confirm the result.

Hi ,
Today I got the result for my medical fitness test fir visa renewal and which is FIT. This mean my hiv test must be negative else by this time I should be deported to mt country.

I dont which test they took but it should be latest as they follow the international standard.

I my form only HIV test was mentioned and there was no name of test.

So my results are conclusive after 6 to 7 week of my last exposer?

Also i have one stupid question. Why the HIV is still available in drawn blood and that is expose to outside? Why it is still detectable?

Your test is conclusive at 13 weeks as Jim has advised you, however a negative result will not likely change past 6 weeks.
You still must confirm your negative result at 13 weeks.

Also i have one stupid question. Why the HIV is still available in drawn blood and that is expose to outside? Why it is still detectable?

The blood is drawn into an air tight chamber and not exposed to the outside environment.
