My oh my, how time does fly.........

Today is my anniversary -- 23 years ago I met Sid at a gay A.A. Round-up at Yale University......  Hard to believe how much time has gone by since then.  I was a mere babe of 26, Sid was approaching 34.  It seems like we've been together forever, while at the same time it feels like we just met.

We've been through so much together, deaths, births, my activation and deployment to Iraq during Desert Storm, my diagnosis, etc.........  We upped and moved away from family and friends in New England to settle here in Richmond, VA.

It is amazing what joy life can bring by simply putting a single person in your life.

Of course, now we get a second anniversary date, as Sept 1st will mark our first wedding anniversary.

Current Meds ; Viramune / Epzicom Eliquis, Diltiazem. Pravastatin 80mg, Ezetimibe. UPDATED 2/18/24
 Tested positive in 1985,.. In October of 2003, My t-cell count was 16, Viral load was over 500,000, Percentage at that time was 5%. I started on  HAART on October 24th, 2003.

 UPDATED: As of April, 2nd 2024,Viral load Undetectable.
CD 4 @593 /  CD4 % @ 18 %

Lymphocytes,total-3305 (within range)

cd4/cd8 ratio -0.31

cd8 %-57

Thanks all!

Had a low key night last night.  We went to a free production of "Footloose, the Musical" at a local outdoor theater.  Brought a picnic of Sid's favorite -- fried chicken (yes, he and our own Wumpy could be twins in the nutrition dept).

The show was very good.

Now -- need to plan something for Sept 1!?!
