Freaking out, would really appreciate some input

Hi, The anxiety and fear I've been feeling the last 2 months has been unbearable.  If you could lend me an ear I would be forever grateful. Early March I was very drunk and stupidly got intimate with a randomer...he turned me around and was pushing his dick up against my ass, I knew I didn't want to let him in but I was enjoying the sensation nonetheless so I kept my bum squeezed tight and he didnt get fully in but it rubbed quite hard up against me...then he fingered me and we jerked off and that was it. Around the 60 hour mark I got prescribed PEP at my local ER (on Mother's day of all days) and did the 28 days with very minor hardly noticeable side effects. That ended 2 weeks ago now and my follow up bloods are not for another two weeks. They did do the swabs and all negative so thats a good start I guess...but I have had a stiff neck and one swollen gland in my groin and cold and flu symptoms for like a week now. I am scared to death that this is me seroconverting and am constantly on the verge of breaking down while trying to study for my end of year exams...I know the only thing to do is to wait for the test and nothing can change that. But of course I have been reading of numerous stories of seroconverison and the likes online and I'm just completely freaked, can anyone offer wise words? Thank you in advance

So frottage, fingering and masturbation are not risks for HIV transmission.
To be blunt pushing his penis against you is not a risk. The risk is only if he would have inserted his penis unprotected in you.

I am highly surprised you got PEP for this no risk incident to start with. 

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions. As you are sexually active, it is highly recommended that you get a full sexual health check-up / screening at least annually including but not limited to hiv testing.

Remember that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's. So please do get fully tested regularly for all STI's including HIV and more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs. Also note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

Finally use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, to avoid sexually transmitted hiv infection.
