Oh my god. Did you shake my hand when you got here? Please do not touch the doorknob.

(caution - audio portion of the video is NSFW)

I'm going to be hearing that weird robotic voice every time I read a post in the AII forum from now on. ;D

Clean... I hate the way that word is used in the context of meaning HIV-.  There are some really skanky HIV- folks out there that are anything but clean.

Clean... I hate the way that word is used in the context of meaning HIV-.  There are some really skanky HIV- folks out there that are anything but clean.

I had a guy ask me that years ago and I honestly thought he was asking me if I had bathed. My next thought would have been clean from drugs. Either way, I think it is pretty insulting.

I also hate the phrase "what are you into?" I find it lazy, unimaginative, intrusive and I always have to bite my tongue not to respond with a smart ass comment.

The whole concept is insulting, but never-the-less FUNNY tho, and I'm in agreement w/ you on it being TRUE  ;D

Ah, the bloom of stupidity never fades.

That was too funny, and, sadly, too true.

Things sure have changed. Gone are the good old days of meeting people in the bushes at the park.

Depressingly true.

They should do one on denialism.  Especially HIV+ denialists.  I had the most frustrating go nowhere conversation with a guy like that a few weeks back.

I'm getting so tired of links to that damn house of #'s crap in the comments of nearly any online article about HIV. You wouldn't think denialists would be such damn activists. ::)

The brown robot is hot.

You're only saying this cause he looks barely over 18.

Did anybody else notice how the "DDF Red Bot" stated that he works in the medical field?  Sounds like some of the people that we've had asking questions in the AmII forum.  The guy who made this video knows his shit.

Absolutely. That and the doorknob crack too. I've lost count of the infected doorknobs we've had over there over the years.

And I loved how the PozBot said he'd go somewhere he could speak people reasonably about sexuality and health - like a meeting of the Family Research Council.

I love the way "antiretrovirals" comes out.

I've noticed this, too.  I've also noticed whenever there is a positive story about gay rights, there are always so many Bible-thumpers who come in to comment--even small articles or Youtube videos where only 100 people have watched it.  I wonder how in the world they came by that video, when only 100 people have watched it.  I think they must google search anything HIV or gay related, so they can make their comments.

yeppers. activists come in all stripes. Those comments show how dedicated those people are toward making sure that their viewpoint gets out.
