My blood dropped on my wife hand

I don't know to post this question in this section or not. Sorry If I am wrong here

While I am cutting vegetables today I got some cut and accidentally my wife touches the blood of mine. Even two to three drops of blood spilled on her hand. I am on ART TDF+LMV+EFV with CD4 867. she don't have any cuts on her hand.

Is there any risk? Is she need to go PrEP?

Please help me out.

No HIV risk whatsoever, so relax.
Being on ART or not is not even a factor, HIV is not transmitted this way.

I would also add that your cd4 count is of no concern. That number simply shows how many cd4s you have. technically it is just a quantity measure as there is no way to measure the quality or effectiveness of those cd4s. as long as your cd4 number is >200 (below 200, opportunistic illnesses can happen), that count is of little concern to you either.

while your situation is definitely a "no risk" situation (HIV was exposed to air; HIV was not injected into your wife's blood stream), if this had been a risk situation (like unprotected sex or sharing needles) what would have mattered is not your cd4 count but whether your viral load has been undetectable or not. People living with HIV whose viral load is "undetectable" (<200) for a least 6 months cannot transmit HIV (U=U or Undetectable =Untransmittable).

your cd4 count shows whether you might or might not get sick from an aids-related illness;
while your viral load shows whether or not you might transmit HIV in a risk situation.
