Hi All,

I would like to bring to your notice about an incident that makes me really worried.  About six months back i had been to a massage parlor. I got a nude massage followed by a hand job. We did some rolling on the bed. I was nude and the massage woman was only topless and wearing a panty. I Just only had hand job using massage oil  and no sex(vaginal,anal and oral). I 'm saying  this as in the beginning the woman showed me a condom and offered sex but i denied it. ALso while masturbating she asked me to do it on the floor and not on her body. After the incident i returned back home , did some  internet search  for hiv due to hand jobs.Some links talked about blood on the hands to cause risk and so  went back to the same parlor after an hour and checked the massage womans hands for any cuts/wounds.This particular incident really put me in anxiety. I was always thinking that i would have got hiv. After four weeks, the 5th week i got hiv rapid  test done and it came negative. The testing people told that i can continue to have normal sex with my wife.  I also  stopped thinking about the incident and was leading a normal sex life with my wife. But last 3 months i have been getting strange problems in my body which i never had :
1) Discomfort in tongue - At the tip of my tongue i feel some kind of itching and dryness in the upper gums. Due to this
i always look at my tongue and the gums in the mirror. I only see the tip to be with very tiny red spots. This comes and goes.
2) Stomach problems - Stomach burning, bloating ,lots of burping and strange gargling sounds in the stomach. I also feel some kind of cramp on the left side of stomach juest below the breast bone. i have this for the last one month
3) Tingling in my left palm - On the bottom right palm i feel the nerve to be beating inside. I also feel this sometimes in my toes. But thats very rare.
I consulted my doctor and she said that 1 could be  due to some vitamin deficiency. For 2 she conducted stomach tests and everything came back normal. She is suspecting to be gas problem.

Having this problems for the last three months, i have become really very anxious. Do all this symptoms are result of anxiety or by any chance due to hiv infection. I'm really concerned about my wife  as i have been having regular sex.
Please help me out . I'm really depressed.

You are worrying needlessly about HIV in relation to this recent incident. Nothing you did put you at risk for HIV.

It's a fragile virus and the only confirmed sexual means of transmission are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. By wearing a condom if you have intercourse with anyone besides your wife you will be well protected and there won't be any risk of transmission to her.

Get on with your life. If you have symptoms that bother you, discuss them with your doctor. They have nothing to do with HIV.
