Its june 11 we had sex ffor about 3 hours because im drunk and i cant have an erection i didnt ejaculate and after an hour we did it again this time i ejaculated. After that i almost lost my mind because of what i did i have a gf for 5 years and doing that makes me hate myself and been depressed for 1 week. After 2 weeks it hurts when i urinate and some discharge is coming out from my penis  i search in the internet and found out that it is gonorrhea and chlamydia it makes me to be depressed again but i didnt go to doctor hoping it will subside on its own but no luck seeing in the internet for possibility of getting HiV makes me depressed and stressed. On july 31 i decided to go to a doctor because im having dizziness, diarrhea,a low fever, burning sensation in the back of my neck and shoulders then i will sweat after that. The doctor gave me antiobiotics for gonorrhea and chlamydia. I search about the symptoms of HIv and i think i have it all. I talk to the girl about my condition and she said she will take a test.in aug 9  She take a HIV test in one of the clinics here in the ph they used SD HIV1/2 immunotography NON REACTIVE 12 weeks post exposure the doctor said she didnt need to take a test again her last sex before me is her ex bf in may 15 after that i taken an HIV teat too in one of the clinics here 12 weeks post exposure using Rapid ICT i have negative test but i still having a muscle twitching all over my body. Should i move on with my life or should i get tested again ? Even if i have this muscle twitching im just thinking maybe it is because of my anxiety and stress my body had been. Thankyou

Unprotected intercourse is risk for HIV, and if I am reading correctly you tested negative at 12 weeks. A conclusive result is at 13 weeks but I doubt your negative result will change. Other STIs are much easier to transmit as you have found out.

See your doctor for your symptoms as we do not discuss them and they have nothing to do with HIV. Use condoms and have safer sex going forward.

Your negative result would be conclusive in one week
