Dosage Timing Doubt

I am taking 3TC+TDF and EFV last 6-7 months.

First taking EFV  before half an hour dinner and taking 3TC+TDF after  half an hour dinner

Means After taking EFV exactly after one hour I am taking 3TC+TDF.

EFV ----->1/2hour------> dinner------>1/2 hour---->3TC+TDF
<------------------------------one hour--------------------------------->


Is this right? or not?

You should be taking efavirenz (EFV) on an empty stomach - don't eat two hours before or two hours after taking it. Taking it with food or soon before or after eating will not change how it works on the virus, but it can make side-effects more obvious.

Neither lamivudine (3TC) nor tenofovir (TDF) have food restrictions. You can take them on a full or empty stomach.

All three meds can be taken at the same time. It is recommended that efavirenz is taken right before bed, and you can take all three meds at bedtime.

Now I am taking all those three drugs 7PM with empty stomach before dinner i.e 9PM.
